Crimes (Aviation) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Crimes (Aviation) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule (Airports)

2.1   Omit “Brisbane (Eagle Farm) Airport”, substitute “Brisbane International Airport”.

2.2   Omit “Sydney (Kingsford-Smith) Airport”, substitute “Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport”.

2.3   Insert each of the following names of airports in the appropriate alphabetical position, determined on a letter-by-letter basis:

 “Alice Springs Airport

 Ayers Rock Airport

 Coolangatta Airport

 Hamilton Island Airport

 Learmonth Airport

 Rockhampton Airport”.
