  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Crimes Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Crimes Regulations 1990

Schedule 1 amends the Crimes Regulations 1990.

7AExclusions from Divisions 2 and 3 of Part VIIC of Act (Act s 85ZZGB, 85ZZGC and 85ZZGD)

For sections 85ZZGB, 85ZZGC and 85ZZGD of the Act, each law mentioned in an item in the following table is prescribed for each person or body mentioned in the item.
