Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Crimes Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 3).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on 1 October 2005.

Amendment of Crimes Regulations 1990
Schedule 1 amends the Crimes Regulations 1990.
Schedule 1 Amendments
(regulation 3)
[1] Paragraph 8 (2) (b)
substitute
(b)a drug within the meaning given by:
(i)subregulation 9A (1) of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958; or
(ii)subregulation 5 (20) of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.
[2] Schedule 4, after item 19
