1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Crimes Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 6).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 January 2004.

3Amendment of Crimes Regulations 1990

Schedule 1 amends the Crimes Regulations 1990.

   the release of a prisoner under a home detention order under Division 4 of Part 8 of the Corrections Act 1986 of Victoria;
