I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Crimes Act 1914.

1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Crimes Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 4).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Crimes Regulations 1990

Schedule 1 amends the Crimes Regulations 1990.

    Subdivision (30A) of Division 1 of Part 3 of the Crimes Act 1958 of Victoria;

  3. (d)

    the Forensic Procedures Act 2000 of Tasmania;

  4. (e)

    the Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Act 2000 of the Australian Capital Territory.
