These Regulations are the
Crimes Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 4) .
These Regulations commence on gazettal.
Schedule 1 amends the
Crimes Regulations 1990 .

substitute
(b) Subdivision (30A) of Division 1 of Part 3 of the
Crimes Act 1958 of Victoria;(c) the
Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Act 2002 of Western Australia;(d) the
Forensic Procedures Act 2000 of Tasmania;(e) the
Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Act 2000 of the Australian Capital Territory.
