SCHEME) ACT 1996 No 112—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes Amendment (Court Finger-printing Scheme) Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 January 1997 as the day on which that Act commences.
