CRIMES AMENDMENT (CONTAMINATION OF GOODS) ACT

1997 NO 89—PROCLAMATION

Gordon Samuels, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes Amendment (Contamination of Goods) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 21 December 1997 as the day on which that Act commences.
