An Ordinance to amend the Crimes (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1986

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Crimes (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 3) 1986.¹

Commencement

2.  This Ordinance shall be deemed to have come into operation on 31 July 1986.

Incest and similar offences

3.  Section 3 of the Crimes (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1986² is amended by omitting “ ‘the section’ ” and substituting “ ‘this section’ ”.
