An Ordinance relating to Crimes.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crimes Ordinance 1970.

2. In this Ordinance, " the Crimes Act" means the Crimes Act,
1900 of the State of New South Wales in its application to the Territory.

3. Section 91A of the Crimes Act is amended by omitting the words " a female under the age of twenty-one years," and inserting in their stead the words " a female of any age,".

4. Section 91B of the Crimes Act is amended by omitting the words " a female of or above the age of twenty-one years " and inserting in their stead the words " a female of any age ".
