REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
This is an application for an extension of time for the making of an application by the CMC to challenge a disciplinary decision of the second Respondent concerning the alleged misconduct of the first Respondent.
This is one of four connected matters, two of which were commenced in time and in two of which (including the present matter) were commenced one day late.
The circumstances and the reasons why it is appropriate to grant the necessary extension of time are contained in the reasons published today in Crime and Misconduct Commission v Chapman and Wilson OCR030-11.
The same reasons are applicable here.
ORDER
It is ordered that the time for the making of the CMC’s application in the present matter be extended to the date upon which the application was filed with QCAT.
