Crime and Misconduct Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Crime and Misconduct Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Crime and Misconduct Regulation2005. 3 Insertion of new s 17 Part 5— insert— ‘17 Entities prescribed as units of public administration ‘For section 20(1)(h) of the Act, an entity mentioned in schedule 3 is prescribed to be a unit of public administration.’. 4 Insertion of new sch 3 After schedule 2— insert— ‘Schedule 3 Entities prescribed as units of public administration section 17 ‘1 A local government.’.
