Cremation Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.	Citation These are the Cremation Amendment Regulations 2004.
2.

Commencement Division 32 of the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 comes into operation or on the day of their publication in the Gazette, whichever is the later.

3.

The regulations amended Regulations 1954*.

4. Regulation 14 amended
Regulation 14(4) is amended by deleting “appeal to the
Executive Director against the decision.” and inserting
instead —
“

apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review

of the decision.

”.

5.             Appendix “A” amended

(1)	Appendix “A” Form 6 is amended after “*nearest surviving relative” by deleting “ ” ”.
(2)	Appendix “A” Form 10 is amended by deleting “appeal to the Executive Director, Public Health and Scientific Support Services in writing against the refusal.” and inserting instead — “

apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the

decision.

”.
