Cremation Amendment Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Cremation Amendment
Regulations 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

By Command of the Administrator, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

3.            Appendix B amended

Appendix B to the Cremation Regulations 1954* is amended in the item commencing "For a permit to cremate" as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "31.00" and inserting " 34.10 ";

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting "52.00" and inserting " 57.20
