Cremation Amendment Regulations 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Cremation Act 1934 .28 June 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Cremation Amendment Regulations 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Cremation Regulations 1999 amended Regulation 33 of the Cremation Regulations 1999 is amended by omitting "30 June 2000" and substituting "31 December 2000".
