CREMATION ACT 1929

CREMATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Cremation Amendment

Regulations 1994.

Appendix B amended

2.      Appendix B to the Cremation Regulations 1954* is amended by deleting

"20.00" and "25.00" and substituting the following respectively —

" 29.50 " and " 48.50 ".
