s1 2 s3 Credit (South Australian Asset Management No. 301, 1994 Corporation) ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Credit (South Australian Asset Management Corporation) Order 1994 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this order— “Bank” means the State Bank of South Australia. “Corporation” means the South Australian Asset Management Corporation. ˙ Exemption 3. Parts 3 to 8 of the Act do not have effect in relation to the Corporation to the extent it enters into contracts for the refinancing of, or otherwise related to or arising from, an obligation between the Bank and a debtor of the Bank entered into or incurred before 1 July 1994.
