Credit Provider Determination No. 2011-3 (Indigenous Business Australia)

Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

Under s 11B(1)(d)(ii) of the Privacy Act 1988, I, Timothy Pilgrim, Privacy Commissioner, determine that:

1. The Australian Government agency Indigenous Business Australia (IBA), established under Part 4 of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005 (Cth), is a credit provider for the purposes of the Privacy Act.

1. This Determination is effective from 31 October 2011 to 30 October 2014 (inclusive).
