This order in council may be cited as the Credit (Namoi Cotton Co-operative Ltd Exemption) Order 1994 . ˙ Definition 2. In this order— “Co-operative” means the Namoi Cotton Co-operative Ltd. ˙ Exemption 3. Parts 3 to 8 of the Act do not have effect in relation to a credit contract entered into between the Co-operative and a member of the Co-operative. ENDNOTES 1.
