s1 2 s3 Credit (Employee Motor Vehicle Lease Exemption) No. 268, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Credit (Employee Motor Vehicle Lease Exemption) Order 1994 . ˙ Definition 2. In this order— “related body corporate” has the meaning given by the CorporationsLaw. ˙ Exemption 3. The Act does not have effect in relation to a lease of a motor vehicle if, when the lessee enters into the lease, as part of the lessee’s remuneration or other employment benefits, the lessee’s employer (or a related body corporate of the employer) assumes the lessee’s obligation to make rental payments as they fall due under the lease.
