This order in council may be cited as the Credit (Continuous Credit Contract Interest Charges) Order No. 9 1988 Amendment Order 1991 . Amended order 2. The Credit (Continuing Credit Contract Interest Charges) Order No. 9 1988 is amended as set out in this order. Amendment of section (2)(a) (Interpretation) 3. Section (2)(a) (definition “daily percentage rate” )— omit , insert — ‘ “daily percentage rate” means— (a) in relation to a continuing credit contract entered into by the National Mutual Life Association of Australasia Limited—the rate calculated by dividing the annual percentage rate by 365.25; or (b) in any other case—the rate calculated by dividing the annual percentage rate by 365; ’ .
