under the

Credit (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2010

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 8 of Schedule 3 to the Credit (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, repeal Division 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 3 to that Act on 1 July 2013. The object of this Proclamation is to repeal the provisions of the rates for certain credit contracts, commences on 1 July 2013.
