This order in council may be cited as the Credit (Bond Loan Agreements) Order 1991 . Definitions 2. In this order— “Commission” means the Queensland Housing Commission ; “Authority” means the Rental Bond Authority. Act not to apply 3. The CreditAct1987 does not apply to an agreement between the Commission and a tenant under which— (a) the Commission agrees to pay to the Authority the amount of the bond payable under a tenancy agreement on behalf of the tenant; and
