Credit Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Credit Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2006.

2.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Credit
Regulations 1985*.

3.            Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3(1) is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position -

"Consumer and Employment Protection" means the

5.	Regulation 27 amended Regulation 27(1)(h) and (i) are amended by deleting for
Consumer Affairs".

Regulation 23 is amended as follows:

(a)	in paragraph (a) by deleting "stipendiary";
(b)	in paragraph (b) by deleting "Clerk of the Local" and inserting instead -
