2 Credit Amendment (No. 1) No. 69, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Credit Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Credit Regulation 1988 . ˙ Amendment of s 14A (Prescribed Charges in Relation to Continuing Credit Contracts) 3. Section 14A— insert— ‘ (l) a liability incurred under section 10(1) of the Debits Tax Administration Act 1982 (Cwlth). ’. ˙ Amendment of s 27 (Charges to be included in amount financed) 4.
