Credit (Administration) Amendment

Regulations 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Credit (Administration) Amendment
Regulations 2008.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Credit
(Administration) Regulations 1985.

4.             Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(1)(b) is amended by deleting “$600 and shall not
exceed $20 000.” and inserting instead —

“ $620 and shall not exceed $23 000. ”.

5.             Regulation 7 amended

Regulation 7(1) is amended by deleting “$425 and shall not
exceed $20 000.” and inserting instead —

“ $440 and shall not exceed $23 000. ”.
