CREDIT (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1984

CREDIT (ADMINISTRATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by the Deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Credit (Administration)

Amendment Regulations 1993.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Credit (Administration) Regulations 1985* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended

3.     Regulation 4 (1) of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in paragraph (b) by deleting —

"A means the average amount of credit as determined by the Commissioner that the applicant will provide under transactions to which the Credit Act applies in each month of the period of 12 months following the issue of a licence,"

and substituting the following —

A means the actual amount of relevant credit
provided in Western Australia by the licensee

(b)	by deleting "$233" and substituting the following —
" $239 "; and
(c)	by deleting $15 895" and substituting the following —
" $16 292 ".

Regulation 5 amended

4.     Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$20"

and substituting the following —

" $21

Regulation 6 amended

5.    Regulation 6 (3) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

1119" and substituting the following —

" $122
