CREDIT (ADMINISTRATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Credit (Administration) Amendment

Regulations 1990.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Credit (Administration) Regulations 1985* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended

3. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (1)—

(a) by deleting 1200" and substituting the following—

• $215 "; and

(b) by deleting "$13 650" and substituting the following—

• $14 650 ".

Regulation 6 repealed and a regulation substituted
4. Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is repealed and the following

regulation is substituted—

Inspection fees (s. 19)

" 6. (1) The fee for an inspection of the Register of Licensed Credit Providers

is $10.
(2) The fee for a copy (certified or uncertified) or an extract of an individual registration in the Register of Licensed Credit Providers is $10 for the first page and $2 for each subsequent page.

(3) The fee for a copy (certified or uncertified) or an extract of all

registrations in the Register of Licensed Credit Providers is $110. ".

Regulation 7 amended

5. Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (1)—

(a) by deleting 1200" and substituting the following—

• $215 "; and

(b) by deleting "$13 650" and substituting the following—

• $14 650 ".
