Proposed protected action ballot of employees of the Commonwealth of Australia (acting through and represented by the Bureau of Meteorology).

[1] Further to the initial proceedings on 27 March 2015 and the reasons announced at the conclusion of the subsequent proceedings today, and noting that the Commonwealth of Australia (acting through and represented by the Bureau of Meteorology) did not oppose the application made by the CPSU, the Community and Public Sector Union for a protected action ballot (given the agreed amendments to the draft order and the provision of certain undertakings by the CPSU), the order [PR562620] and directions [PR562621] now issue.
