Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 15 March 2016 the CPSU, the Community and Public Sector Union, SPSF Group,

Western Australian Prison Officers' Union Branch lodged with the Fair Work Commission the

prescribed information in relation to an election for offices.

[2]        Prescribed information was lodged on 7 April 2016, and 15 April 2016 for casual

vacancies for the remainder of the term of office for the following offices:

Branch Councillor (Delegate to Branch Council) from the following electorates:

Acacia (1)

Boronia (1)

Karnet (1)

Pardelup (1)

Wooroloo (2)

[3]        Prescribed information was lodged on 7 April 2016, and 15 April 2016 in relation to

an election for the following offices, due to insufficient nominations received in a previous

election:

Branch Councillor (Delegate to Branch Council) from the following electorates:

Academy (1)

SOG (1)

Wandoo (1)

Work Camps (1)

[4]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
