Made under the COVID-19 Response and Economic Recovery Omnibus

Act 2020 sections 27, 34 and 52 by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

This proclamation is the COVID-19 Response and Economic

Recovery Omnibus Act 2020 Postponement Proclamation 2021.

2. Cessation of provisions postponed

(1) The cessation of the following provisions of the Act is

postponed until the end of 31 December 2022 —

(a)	Part 2 Division 1 Subdivision 2;
(b)	Part 2 Division 2 Subdivision 1;
(c)	Part 2 Division 3 Subdivision 1;
(d)	Part 2 Division 4.

(2) The cessation of sections 37(1), 44(1) and 46(1) of the Act is

postponed until the end of 31 December 2022.

3.           End of operative periods postponed

The end of the operative periods for sections 29 and 30 of the
Act is postponed to 31 December 2022.
