I make the following order under section 14(6) of the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 2020 .4 December 2020

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Taxi Operation) Order 2020 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Interpretation (1)  In this order – Act means the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 2020 . (2)  The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws. 4Cessation of operation of section 14 of ActFor the purposes of section 14 of the Act, 1 June 2021 is determined to be the day on which that section ceases to be in force.
