I make the following notice under section 27(2) of the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 .5 February 2023

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Emergency Cessation Day) Notice 2023. 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Emergency cessation dayFor the purposes of the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020, 30 April 2023 is declared to be the emergency cessation day.
