This regulation may be cited as the Courts Reform Regulation 1998 . ˙ Postponed commencement 2.(1) In this section— “postponed law” means the CourtsReformAmendmentAct1997 , sections 60 and 66. 1 (2) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2) 2 of the postponed law is extended to the end of 17 July 1999. ˙ Expiry 3.
