COURTS LEGISLATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 1997

No 141—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I. the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales. with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Courts Legislation Further Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation. appoint 6 October 1998 as the day on which Schedule 1.1 to that Act commences.
