COURTS LEGISLATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 1995

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Courts Legislation Further Amendment Act 1995, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 March 1996 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1.3 [9] and 1.8 [4]) commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence all but two of the provisions of the Courts Legislation Further Amendment Act 1995. The uncommmenced provisions relate to the making of orders by the District Court and the Supreme Court in relation to interest on judgment debts.
