Part 2 Amendment of District Court Regulation 1993 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the District Court Regulation 1993. 4 Amendment of sch (Places where court is to be held and declaration of districts) Schedule— insert— ‘ 15A. Hervey Bay Hervey Bay district’. Part 3 Amendment of Justices Regulation 2004 5 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Justices Regulation 2004.

s6 3 s8 Courts Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 41, 2005 2005 6 Amendment of sch 1 (Magistrates Courts districts and places for holding courts) (1) Schedule 1— insert— ‘20A Hervey Bay ‘(1) The name of the district is Hervey Bay Magistrates Courts District. ‘(2) The area of the district is Hervey Bay City as shown on map number LGB 62, edition 2. ‘(3) The place for holding the Magistrates Courts in the district is Hervey Bay.’. (2) Schedule 1, section 28(2), entry for Hervey Bay City— omit. (3) Schedule 1, section 28(3), ‘, Hervey Bay’— omit. Part 4 Amendment of Supreme Court Regulation 1998 7 Regulation amended in pt 4 This part amends the Supreme Court Regulation 1998. 8 Amendment of sch (Districts and registries for Act, part 19) Schedule, item 6, second column— omit, insert— ‘Hervey Bay and Maryborough districts’.
