2000 No 31—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Courts Legislation Amendment Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 September 2000 as the day on which that Act (Schedules 1 and 7 excepted) commences.

Explanatory note
The object of this proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Courts Legislation Amendment Act 2000, with the exception of provisions of that Act that contain amendments to the Bail Act 1978 and the Judges Pensions Act 1953.

This proclamation is made under section 2 of the Act.
