COURTS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1998 No 49—

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Courts Legislation Amendment Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 August 1998 as the day on which that Act (Schedule 11 excepted) commences.

The object of this Proclamation is to commence all the provisions of the Courts Legislation Amendment Act 1998 other than the Schedule that amends the Dust Diseases Tribunal Act 1989.
