Act 2013 section 2(b) by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Courts and Tribunals (Electronic
Processes Facilitation) Act 2013 Commencement
Proclamation 2014.

2.            Commencement

The Courts and Tribunals (Electronic Processes Facilitation) Act 2013 sections 22, 23, 25 and 27 to 30 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.

Act 2013 sections 22, 23,25 and 27 to 30 come into operation.
