1.             Citation

This proclamation is the Courts and Tribunals (Electronic
Processes Facilitation) Act 2013 Commencement
Proclamation 2013.

2.             Commencement of Act

The Courts and Tribunals (Electronic Processes Facilitation)
Act 2013, other than Part 1 and sections 22, 23, 25, 27-30, 37-39,
75, 95, 106, 108, 110-112, 114-117, 119, 121, 124, 127, 138 and
139, comes into operation on 25 November 2013.
