I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Court Security Act 2017 .18 June 2018

(l) [Regulation 4 Amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 60, Applied:05 Nov 2021] .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .   5Possession of prohibited objectsFor the purposes of section 10(2)(e) of the Act, a person may have possession of a prohibited object on court premises, or bring a prohibited object on to court premises, in the circumstances where – (a) the prohibited object is a controlled substance; and (b) the person in possession of the controlled substance is authorised, under any Act, to be in possession of the controlled substance.
