Court Security and Custodial Services

Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Court Security and Custodial Services
Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Court Security and Custodial
Services Regulations 1999.

4.             Regulation 4 amended

(1)	In regulation 4(c) delete “President, a magistrate or a member” and insert:
President or a magistrate
(2)	In regulation 4(i) delete “aboriginal aide” and insert:
Aboriginal police liaison officer
(3)	Delete regulation 4(j).

5.             Regulation 16 amended

In regulation 16 delete “Division,” and insert:
