Court Security (Amendment) Regulations 2007
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe some further persons and bodies as courts and clerks for the purposes of the Court Security Act 1980.
2Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under section 6 of the Court Security Act 1980.
3Amendment to Schedule of prescribed courts and clerks
In Schedule 2 to the Court Security Regulations 2004[1],
for—
"Firearms Appeal Committee Secretary of the Firearms Appeals Committee Legal Profession Tribunal Registrar of the Legal Profession Tribunal" substitute—
"Chief Examiner and Examiner under the Major Crime (Investigative Powers) Act 2004 Officer in Charge, Office of Chief Examiner Director, Police Integrity Assistant Director, Legal, Office of Police Integrity Firearms Appeals Committee Secretary of the Firearms Appeals Committee Legal Profession Tribunal Registrar of the Legal Profession Tribunal Mental Health Review Board Executive officer of the Mental Health Review Board ".
