Court Security (Amendment) Regulations 1998

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make
consequential amendments to the Court Security
Regulations 1994 because of the enactment of the
Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal
Act 1998 and the Victims of Crime Assistance

Act 1996.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 2 and

6 of the Court Security Act 1980.

3. New Schedule substituted

For the Schedule to the Court Security
Regulations 19941 substitute—

Court Security (Amendment) Regulations 1998
