COURT OF PETTY SESSIONS (SOLICITORS' COSTS) RULES*

REGULATIONS 1965, No. 10§

1. These Rules shall come into operation on the first day of January, commence-

is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted in its stead:—

3. The Court of Petty Sessions (Solicitors' Costs) Rules, as amended Application,

by these Rules, apply in relation to complaints filed on and after the date of commencement of these Rules and, notwithstanding the repeal effected by these Rules, the Court of Petty Sessions (Solicitors' Costs) Rules, as in force immediately before that date, continue to apply in respect of com- plaints filed before that date.
