COURT OF PETTY SESSIONS ORDINANCE
COURT OF PETTY SESSIONS RULES*
REGULATIONS 1965, No. 9t
1. These Rules shall come into operation on the first day of January, commence-
ment-
2. Rule 30 of Court of Petty Sessions Rules is amended by omitting the costs,
scale and inserting in its stead the following scale:—

3. Regulation 30 of the Court of Petty Sessions Rules, as amended by Application.
these Rules, applies in relation to default summonses issued on or after the date of commencement of these Rules and that regulation, as in force immediately before that date, continues to apply in relation to default summonses issued before that date.
