An Ordinance to amend the Court of Petty Sessions
Ordinance 1930-1958.
1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Court of Short title and

| (2.) The Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930-1958f is in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance. | |
| (3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordi- nance, may be cited as the Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930-1961. | |
| 2. After section twenty of the Principal Ordinance, the following section is inserted:— | |
| " 2 0 A . — ( 1 . ) | Subject to this Ordinance, the Court has the CM |

3. Section thirty-two of the Principal Ordinance is amended commence-
