par t ies in whose favor t h e same was m a d e should be t he s u m of four

pounds t h r ee shi l l ings t h a t is to say t he collective a m o u n t of t h e

whole r e m u n e r a t i o n aforesaid	for	each pa r t i cu la r	case	A n d	whereas i t
is deemed expedient t o	increase	t h e	r e m u n e r a t i o n	to be received	by

t h e said Commissioners and the i r Secretary respectively	Be i t enacted
by H i s Excel lency t h e Governor of N e w South W a l e s	w i th t he advice

and consent of t h e Legislat ive Council thereof as follows :—

1. The n i n t h section of the said first reci ted A c t and the second section of t he said secondly reci ted Ac t a re hereby repealed.

2. The Commissioners now and hereafter appoin ted by the

Governor for examin ing and r epor t ing upon claims to g ran t s of land

u n d e r t h e au tho r i t y of t he said first reci ted A c t shal l and m a y re­

spect ively receive for t he i r own use for every final r epor t m a d e by t h e m in m a n n e r and form prescr ibed by t h e same A c t upon any claim or c la ims to a g r a n t of land t h e s u m of two guineas and t h e Secretary to t he said Commissioners shall and m a y receive for h is services for every case referred to t h e said Commissioners t h e s u m of two pounds a n d t h e whole fee to be received by such Secretary for every such final repor t to be pa id by t h e p a r t y or par t ies in whose favor t h e same shal l be m a d e shal l be t he s u m of e ight pounds and six shil l ings and t h e fees aforesaid shall be t h e whole r emunera t ion of t h e said Commissioners a n d the i r Secre tary respectively for and in respect

t o t he i r said offices.
