WH E R E A S a certain Act was passed by H i s Excel lency the Governor of N e w South Wales wi th t h e advice of the	Legislat ive Counci l thereof in t h e fifth year of t h e re ign of H i s late
Majesty K i n g W i l l i a m the Four th in t i tu led " An Act for appointing
" and empowering Commissioners to examine and report upon Claims

" to Grants of Land tinder the Great Seal of the Colony of New " South Wales " and whereas it is expedient to amend Schedule C of t h e said Act insomuch as relates to t he fee to be received by the Secretary to t h e Commissioners for every final r epor t to he paid by the pa r ty or par t ies in whose favour t he repor t is m a d e Be it therefore enacted by H i s Excel lency the Governor of N e w South W a l e s wi th t h e advice of the Legislat ive Council thereof Tha t from and after t h e pass ing of th i s Act so m u c h of t he said Ac t as relates to the said fee in t h e Schedule to t he said Ac t annexed m a r k e d C shal l be and tin; same is hereby repealed.

2. A n d be i t enacted T h a t from and after the pass ing of th i s

Act t he fee to be received by the Secretary to the Commissioners for every final repor t t o be paid by t h e p a r t y or par t ies in whose favour such repor t is made shall be four pounds t h r ee shil l ings.
