The Governor in Council makes the following Order:

1. Objective

The objective of this Order is to increase certain fees payable in respect of the commencement of proceedings.

2. Authorising provision

This Order is made under section 28 of the

County Court Act 1958.

3. Commencement

This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2000.

4. Increase in commencement fees

"419.00".
